😠 המטפלת הייתה מעולה. אך בקבלה היו פחות סבלניים ואמפתים בזמן השירות הפקידות דיברו בינהם אכלו הגיבו לעוד גירויים מסביב רק לא למי שיושב מולם חשבתי שזה רק אני אך בזמן שהמתנתי למטפלת הם קיבלו עוד וזה היה גם איתם צר לי אך חייבת להיות כנה 😶

😠 הגעתי בזמן, עמרו שעקב מצב חירום הכניסו משהוא לפני, ואני צריך לחכות, שאלתי קמה זמן ולא ענו מדויק אבל עשו רושם שלא הרבה זמן. חכיתי חצי שעה והתברר שיש עוד לחכות. דאלתי למה לא הודיעו מראש שצריך לחכות 45 דקות ולא קבלתי הזבר הגיוני.
