מדובר בבורקס מיני פריך, טעים וממש לא שומני. יש שלושה סוגים. תרד, גבינה, תפוח אדמה. ביצה קשה בצד, קצת חריף וזיתים. והחריף חריף ומלא טעם, הולך טוב עם הבורקס, ולא משנה איזה סוג.
יש כיסאות ושולחנות בחוץ כך שאפשר לשבת ולאכול בכיף.
