👍👍 Delicious sabich! I was so excited to see that gluten free was an option here. The gluten free pita is soft and fluffy. The eggplant is sweet and caramelized, the salads are crisp, the humus and tahina are creamy and the egg adds the protein punch. Such a great lunch!
