😠 בפעמיים שהייתי אצלו נאלצתי להמתין דקות ארוכות למרות שקבע איתי שעה מדוייקת. בשני המקרים מסיבה בלתי מוצדקת. פעם אחת שוחח עם מכרה (לא היה עסוק במתן שירות) ובפעם השנייה הגדיל לעשות והלך לרופא שיניים ואפילו לא נכח במקום!
מה שעוד יותר מקומם היא העובדה שהוא לא היה מוכן לקבל כל ביקורת וטען " לא קרה שום דבר...
