😠 ביקשנו שיעבירו אישור להפניה של אבי לשיבא, הערימו קשיים, אמרו שלא עובדים עם שיבא, בסוף אמרו שיעבירו וההפניה מעולם לא התקבלה. תורים מוגזמים ורופאי משפחה בינוניים. אחרי הרבה זמן ועצבים עוברים למכבי כל המשפחה הגרעינית.

😠 כללית סמייל בהרצליה המרפאה הגרועה ביותר שנתקלתי. תודעת שירות נמוכה ביותר, הלקוח לא מעניין אותם. 3 פעמים במקרים שונים קבעתי תור לשיננית לבנותי ולי, בכל פעם חיכינו חצי שנה לתור ושבוע לפני התור התקשרו לבטל ולדחות בשלושה חודשים(!!!) בכל פעם תחת תירוץ מטופש אחר (תקלת חשמל, השיננית לא יכולה לבוא, המרפאה ל...
