😠 Totally ripped off by unscrupulous owner. Charged us 4000 yen extra on our bill for a "new law" in Japan that if you buy five drinks or more, you have to pay an extra 800 yen per drink. Nowhere else did this to us so I think it's a scam. Please avoid if you are in Kobe.
