😐 It is located across the road on the south side of the Hanshin Department Store (Osaka Shin Building) in front of Osaka Station. The entrance to the building is on the south side of Tully's Coffee on the 1st floor (near Osaka Station 3rd Building) and the 2nd basement (underground: Deer Mall Osaka)...
