😠 フリーウェイトはパワーラックが1台しかなく、ベンチプレス台は1台別にありますが、ラックの高さが2段階しかなくどちらも絶妙に使いづらい高さになっているため使い物になりません。フリーウェイト中心のトレーニングを考えている方は多少会費が高くても別のジムを利用した方が良いです。
