ほとんど内容が一緒のこちらを見つけたので行ってみました。
注文は各テーブルにある用紙に食べたい物に数量を記入してカウンターに渡します。吉田うどんのお店はこの方式が多いですね。

うどんの太さは普通のうどんとあんまり変わりません、麺は固め。安心の甘じょっぱいつゆ。
写真はかけうどん（550円）の大盛り（＋100円）で、お腹いっぱいになります。薬味の塩漬け唐辛子は猛烈に辛いのでごく少量を味変に使うと良いです。
