Tsukimi-Yagura Turret

👍 It has been designated as a national important cultural property.
This turret was also completed around 1676 and is a valuable remaining structure.
It is said that the lord of the domain was seen returning from Edo by boat from this turret, so it is also called the Arrival turret.

Katsuga Castle Ruins

👍 城跡の遺構は良く残っており、見応えがありました。主郭を取り囲む土塁や堀跡など面白かったです。マムシ注意の看板を見てからはあまり見て回れませんでしたが、とても楽しかったです。登山アプリのピークとしても登録されており、登山道も良好です。私は佐料城側から車で登山口近くまで登り、後は歩きました。

2022年3月に撮影したものです。香川県高松市の入り江に「船隠し」と呼ばれる場所があります。源平合戦の際には、ここを中心になんと500隻以上が隠れされていたと伝わっています。現在の船隠しにはコンクリートでできた桟橋があり、どこかリゾートのような写真が撮影できます。
