箸がツルツルしているからすこし麺がつかみにくいですかね。
黒酢の真っ黒スブタはすこし甘さ控えめになっていたような（？
昔行った同じグループの八王子三崎町群龍樓（閉店）の黒酢酢豚はとても美味しかったです。
