😠 フリーウェイトはパワーラックが1台しかなく、ベンチプレス台は1台別にありますが、ラックの高さが2段階しかなくどちらも絶妙に使いづらい高さになっているため使い物になりません。フリーウェイト中心のトレーニングを考えている方は多少会費が高くても別のジムを利用した方が良いです。

😐 ご年配の方が和気あいあいと活動されていて、とても良い空間だと思うのですがちょっと気圧されてしまいまして通うことを断念しました。申し訳ございません。若い方にはちょっと敷居が高いかもしれないです
