👍👍 Подъем на гору занял 2 часа с лишним, сразу скажу что если в плохой физической форме подъем даётся очень тяжело, мне это никто не говорил но сдаваться было стрёмно и пришлось переступать через свои физические возможности и напрягать силу воли,а так вид того стоит, + особый экстрим это спуск)

👍👍 The route is of medium difficulty. From Medeo 6.5 km and an altitude gain of 1000 meters. There was ice and mud in places; it was difficult and dangerous to get there without trekking poles and crampons. The swing was restored in 2020. Lots of impressions. The views are great. Be sure to go!
