😐 some showers are constantly broken, one sauna is often off and they charged me a fee to be late for literally 1-5seconds while guy next to me came in and asked for 5 extra minutes to wrap his stuff while i was paying that fee and they said fine. i can tell you such customer experience feel not good...

😠 Worst governance of contacts by the gym. No person in this gym helps to make your contracts. I almost wasted my 2 hours behind them. But did not get any callback.
