👍👍 Followed both the 'regular' pilates and mama pilates at Nanouk. Every time I go home with a relaxed and happy feeling. Nanouk creates a warm & relaxed atmosphere, in which it is noticeable that she brings a lot of knowledge during the lessons. Really recommended in my opinion!
