🫤 I wont really say its that great. There are nevertheless trying their best to provide good services. The heater in my room and those of two of my colleagues were not functioning. The customer care service needs to be looked at and improved.

😐 Very big rooms, no complimentary bfast. Great customer service (not so comfortable that all the staff were males though, I guess it's a Northern thing.) They were quite helpful. I enjoyed my stay

😐 The cleanliness was beyond my expectation.
Their 24-hour Kitchen Service was reliable; and the Food is not bad at all.
Their Lundry Service is very fair.
The environment is very serene (and an extra positive point is the "🚭 AND NO ALCOHOL" Policy, they have in place).
Note: There are no Bathtub...
