😐 These apartments are 1450sqf in size with basement car parking, but there is water scarcity problem and cellular signal are very poor.

😠 Spent 4 months there, the elevator only works in the first week of every month when your bills are due. The people in charge of building will always play the blame game on each other whenever there's an issue.
