👍 Very peaceful and serene place to live in Karachi but I have heard that the place is under investigation and the case is in litigation in High Court by the allottees of Quddus town, which was its former name.

🫤 Motorcycle mechanic/shops : Only for experience guys because their is lot 2no/subgrade spare parts with little difference in price specially motor oil battery. On the other hand Wajid autos is reliable shop for authentic parts/price but they don't have complete variety of branded items like Atlas.
