👍👍 Good experience. The staff was highly trained and professional. My 15 month furry pet got knots all over it's body. They shaved it's fur with care and I was impressed by the results. However, it's better to go there with an appointment otherwise, will have to wait for 2 to 3 hrs.

🫤 Very rude staff. All the staff rude and doesn't allow buyers to check the variety (they don't allow people to explore shop calmly) Prices are high as compared to others. But fishes are healthy and they care them very good. Also they have variety of medicine and other aquatic items.

🫤 All the large birds babies they sell are never in their shop. On asking to deal they handover pictures, they say they have a breeding farm but customers are not allowed 🙄 Imagine buying hundred of thousands bird on pictures.
