😠 No or pickup calls no matter what time of day you calls. I was told that I will be given a hotel facility at Istanbul at arrival from Chicago as I’m entitled because of 14 hours of lay over at airport for onward travel. But the transfer desk at Istanbul airport was very rude and didn’t help at all....
