😠 Salut, nu recomand nimanui sa cumpere de la Grandis Residence, in faza a doua au fost majorate sumele finale ale apartamentelor pentru 3 blocuri, acum nu vor sa mai puna bariera pentru aceste blocuri pe motive nejustificate. Au zis ca daca vrem sa ne punem noi pe banii nostri.
