😠 They changed location and no longer offer squash, sauna or a pool - disappointing especially because they did not update their website. This review is not a reflection of their facility but of their lack of transparency re their current offering.

🫤 The place is nice but they advertise 32 degree Celsius the water and it was 28 with their own thermometer. They advertise room temperature 30 degrees and their own thermostat was set on 27.4. It was actually cold. I didn't like cold water in winter. That temp might be good in summer but not winter.

👍👍 The staff are great, app based membership makes it easy to track and renew memberships, and easy check in with no extra card needed. Lots of different classes with professional and friendly trainers. The gym is very clean and the music is subtle. Would recommend!

👍 Este un super spa! Piscina este de marime potrivita, sauna uscata este destul de maricica (incap cam 10 persoane) si masajul este super, facut in mod profesionist de chinetoterapeuti. Singura problema a fost ca sauna umeda era defecta.

😠 Very, very poor service, food arrived after more than 2 hours and no customer service whatsoever! The supervisor actually tried to somehow justify the poor service as being the best they can deliver! It was a rainy day and the water was pooing inside the swimming pool at every corner. Out of 5 sauna...

👍👍 Elena was very knowledgeable which made the massage a great experience. The massage did wonders to my stiff back. You should go if you find yourself in Richis, or even Transylvania ;)
