😠 Worst experience ever. The lady from the reception at the 1st floor thinks the clinic is hers and talkes with all the patients like s#&t. And that's when they finally answer on the phone... DO NOT GO THERE !

😐 Mulțumesc de răspuns! Cred ca e corect sa detaliez. Comunicarea e dificila uneori. Am sunat sa întreb de o operație de polipi, nu mi s-a putut raspunde nimic concret si mi s-a dat un număr de telefon la care nu răspunde nimeni și nici nu suna înapoi, deși am sunat în mod repetat. Se obțin greu inf...

😠 Am sunat la recepție 2 ore non stop. Când era ocupat, când nu răspundea nimeni. Eu înțeleg că are prioritate pacientul din clinica, dar la recepție sunt 3 domnișoare... Toate 3 sunt ocupate non stop??! Am terminat bateria la telefon de cat am sunat. Pe partea aceasta este groaznic!!!!
