😠 Pt promptitudine și comunicare, jos pălăria dar pentru faptul ca am plătit o bicicletă nouă și am primit una utilizată(julituri, rupturi, rugina și cauciuc spate copt), nu pot acorda mai mult. ps. Într-adevăr mi-am recuperat banii repede.

😠 Busy and arrogant. Poor customer service. It seems a pattern along the bike fixers in Bucharest. You always need to know someone that knows them and stuff like that. Also, learning in detail how a bike works seems a must for the customer.
