We had an apartment and asked for an extra bed and they offered the couch where a small person (1.5 m) was left with their feet hanging outside. What if the extra person had been 1.8 m? 😠 The problem was that we agreed 2 rooms for one night. The landlord agreed and said that we will see eachother the next day. When i called 2 hours before our arrival he said that by mistake he has no rooms left for us, so we had to look a 19h00 for somewhere to stay for the night...not a good experie...
