😠 В целом номера отличные,ноооо!!! Отношение персонала к клиентам,просто отвратительное! Это из серии, как театр начинается с вешалки, а тут отель начинается с респшена. Сидит недовольная барышня,видно,что её отвлекли от просмотра какого то сериала,время нашего прибытия было 23 часа вечера 4го января...
