😐 Могу лишь отметить, что удобное расположен и внутреннее планировка! Очень много площадей пустуют, сдаются в оренду! Жалко нету кафешки! На втором эт салоны мебели! И могу ответственно заявить, что цены очень приемлимы! Знакомые приобрили кухню и спал/корнитур!
