😐 Главный минус это климат. На втором этаже в половине магазинов находится крайне некомфортно. Температура около 30. Жарко даже в рубашке. Кинотеатр один из самых дорогих в Воронеже, но ничего такого замечательного в нем не было обнаружено.

👍👍 ЦДМ это не в Воронеже. Это не из Воронежа. Такое чувство что ты попал в какой то новый мир. Парковка это фантастика, заехал и встал, не надо искать и караулить парковку. Внутри атмосфера, уют и комфорт на высшем уровне. Цены немножко завышены, ну ладно для такого комфорта простим этот момент.
