π You have to buy a ticket for R88 at the lodge to get in.
We enjoyed our drive around the reserve and especially the Lighthouse. It was a treat to see all the birds, fish and crabs along the shore.

ππ Standing at the end of the pier still offers some of the best views back to the promenade, hotels etc. With the lovely boardwalk connecting all the way from one end to the other, possibly around 3km in length, lovely stretch for a run, a walk or to take the figures for an outing, just lovely.
