said they will give the quotation within 4 days, but took 7 days for it, just to give the same quotation they gave me a month ago.
said they have all the parts needed for repair, and a week later when i call said parts are needed to shipped from china!
took my money and came back...

😐 I bought my printer from Metropolitan. They have a convenient parking space which is quite rare in Kandy City. They've got a nice and welcoming interior. But I'm a bit unsatisfied by the service of the staff I met there. They seemed to be in a bad mood.
Also they took too long to confirm my payment....
