😠 It is a bad place. I wen't last week .the management was very bad. Don't choose this hotel. The palce of the hotel is ok. But they don't know ho w to treat the gests. management is too bad.

👍 I really enjoyed th service at this establishment. The rooms are surprisingly large, at least the ones that we got. The rooms are very clean and there is complementary tea which you can make in your room. It's a really good deal for the amount you pay here.

😐 It is located in a beautiful environment near Saragama lake. It is close to Kurunegala city. There are several hotels nearby. Green Valley Resort, Nil Diya Sewana are some of them.

🫤 We stayed 2 nights at Richards guest house. We could choose a Budget room or a De Lux Room. we paid extra for a De Lux room. The room (no.4) is large and spacious with a very effective AC unit.
