😐 Cozy and clean — just what I needed for a half-day nap. However, I can only give them 3 stars because even though it’s a non-smoking floor, the entire room smells like cigarettes, along with the corridor and walkway. Not to mention the noise from the plane ✈️. I'll never get used to it.

😠 A "forceless entry" burglary was committed in my service apartment. A substantial amount of cash was taken. When I complained to management about what happened they denied it and protected the suspected culprit, a maintenance man. They later evicted me for being an irate customer. Worst place ever!...
