You could find every day 2 day items and also food and healthcare medicine's.
KFC is the most popular restaurant but not the fastest or cheapest around if you are hungry.

It’s super super easy to go with the bus and the ticket is 60 baht one way. Look out for the bus signs in ao nang and when you want to come back, there should be a man right outside the market shouting ao nang .
