👍👍 This is a PRIVATE Condominium Complex NOT a hotel. As an owner we don't appreciate or welcome short term renters at all, and by Thai Law it is illegal to rent an apartment for anything less than 30 days. If someone tries to tell you its OK to stay here for less than 30 days it is NOT!
