😠 Awful experience, very poor customer service and management. Just out to make a quick buck.
Booked hotel room here, agreed check in between 12-2. Arrived at 12.30 and waited roughly one hour as there is no reception, no one to be found so ended up booking another hotel.
Management would not refund...
