😠 This hotel literally robs guest. They were so quick to charge me double while checking-in, and yet they never pay me or answer my request. During my 12 days stay there, refund wasn't processed. 😠 The worst hotel I have ever had in Istanbul. Even though, the owner of the hotel was kind, the room was terrible, filled with smoke and garbage. It was impossible to breathe because of sigarettes' smoke. Dirty bathroom and the bed made our day spoiled

😠 Be aware from this property. They always want to cheat you and get extra money from you. Can you consider for paying %14 more for credit card fee. Never stay there! Never let them change your room for free. They lie and charge you more, it's a trick.
