👍👍 Great staff, very helpful when I asked about a problem my Shubunkin has. They said I can take some tank water to them and they will test it without charge. They also said they will do a skin scrape without charge and if my fish needs antibiotics they would inject him and the cost for that is £20.00....

😠 My partner brought fish online from here 10 in total. Sad to say they all arrived dead on arrival. No hope from seller until I said i was going to leave a bad review of my experience, then they offered a full refund. Wonder if any of the good reviews are actually true. Very disappointing service.
