😠 Bought the membership with the advice that it would be opened in the spring. Now wondering what I spent my money on. Totally appreciate plans change sometimes, but communication would be appreciated. :)

😠 This surgery is over subscribed you cannot get appointments for 4-6 weeks. They just gave too many patients on their books. Ringing for an appointment is also horrendous and you wait on average 30 mins before you get through if your lucky as it’s constantly engaged
