😠 I've been calling for 2 days on 3 different phone numbers still no answers. I finally got tired of them not doing their job and had to drive there to make my appointment in person. I called their number while waiting in line and watch them not answer. Wth

🫤 If you have hours to wait around then this may be the place for you. I always arrive on time to my appointments, yet somehow end up waiting 40 minutes to see my provider then another half hour for a prescription. Aside from 2 “not unfriendly” staff members, the reception is a bitter experience.

😐 Dr Bishara is a fantastic psychiatrist - I have had the best experience working with him. I am not going to leave the clinic immediately now that he is moving on as it has been difficult to find a good provider in the area. For him personally - I did a 5 star review. I will give the new practitioner...

🫤 For prospective patients, You may want to consider a drive out of town to a different BSW or stay away from BSW altogether for now at least.
