👍👍 If you are driving I 40 through Tucumcari, detour to this taco truck. They're awesome! The tortillas are really good, the al pastor was very tasty and tender, and the carne asada was really good. I always prefer pork, but the beef was surprisingly flavorful. That red/orange cremosa has a kick.
