The rooms clean and and beds comfortable, Stay for one day with my friend was good place, Highly recommened

We stayed at the hotel for about a week in 4 rooms on the top floor. The room was not locked from the inside And the balcony cannot be locked either, there is no feeling of security at all. The rooms are not cleaned and towels are not changed. After two days we were surprised to find out that an expensive watch had been stolen We turned to Mohammet (a 17-year-old boy who welcomes the guests) According to Mohammed, he checked the cameras and did not give logical answers (he laughed at us that Spider-Man came to visit) When we threatened to go to the police, the watch was returned to us within a few hours by Mohammet

This is highly recommended. It is best compared to Residence Inn if your are familiar with that hotel. The owner of this hotel and his family are at your service what seems like 24/7. Great atmosphere and amazing hospitality. 10/10

I have been to Istanbul, Cappedoccia, Trabzon and Pamukalle, but the best hotel and people were best of Uzongol specially their warm welcome and if you need anything at anytime, Mr Saleem brother and his son Muhammad were always ready to help, even if you need taxi for the tour. Best hotel ever.

First the room I got different than what I book.. no security at all.. door cannot be locked from inside.. windows also you cannot lock them. In booking the owner will talk to you in turkey and your problem not solved at all. I had a problem in toilet leakage of water on floor; and give them options to solve but they only came and close the water supply. Poor management due to lack of communication skills , the reception not available at all and language. I book two night and only stay for one and cancel the second and he did not refund it.

Nice apartment, 10 min walking from the lake. Less noisy compared to the lake hotels. Friendly stuff and the hotel is managed by the owner’s family. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed (owner’s son) for his hospitality and services. Note: no elevator to the 1st and 2nd floors. No Daily cleaning (we didn’t ask for it). B
