👍👍 I haven't tried the hotel however the restaurant is the best in all of the area very good quality of food especially the pizza and high service

😠 My experience with the hotel was not good. they refused to allow me to checkout one night earlier with out charging me for the night. They do not have child seats in their resturant. the toilet seat was broken. their towels are old and had holes in them.

😠 It was the worst experience i have ever had with any hotel. The service was horrible, the place was not clean! Even the water was dirty! Couldn't take a shower or make wuduu!!! 😠 Delay in check in.. And not very friendly Reception.. To many bugs in the room

😐 toilet was not ventilated, also WC was leaking and siphone not working also you should expect some noise from upper floor if your room at ground floor..

😠 Unfortunately bad experience. To start with the reception guy,he called us ten times during the day to ask if we come or not as we didnt send prepayment.Although I said we are on the way he kept calling. And as they didnt have pos device I couldnt make payment and he kept asking will you pay now......

👍👍 It was a wonderful stay in this hotel. Staff were friendly, hotel is clean and cozy furniture. However, breakfast is classic Turkish and hotel is far from lake. Make sure to meet the cute dog. Thanks a lot!

👍 Very nice hotel, good rooms comfortable beds, helpful staff, some speak Arabic… buffet was a selection of fruits, cheeses, cereals, salads, and some warm dishes you could request eggs the way you want… bathroom was cleaned well every time we came back the rooms were clean… free parking

🫤 The staff didnt understand single word of english. The bathroom was not clean. And smell was horrible. We were waiting untill 2 am to enable staff clean it. The previos guest left their underwear in the bathroom and left over to us!!! Although it was the most expensive hotel in the area

👍👍 They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well, I would shay Lahza Hills Resort is the best resort in Uzungol Trabzon, Turkey. Would definitely recommend...

👍👍 A beautiful and wonderful hotel, very clean, their treatment is very excellent, a distinguished reception, a wonderful view, you feel like you are at home.. Mr. Rajab, the owner of the hotel is available most of the time. They don't leave you in need of anything.
