Our first experience here was not pleasant but that was a while ago so we decided to try again. Even more disappointing this time round. The customer service was absolutely shocking and even the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. I have never been spoken to so rudely before by two staff members. Definitely not coming back to this store.

The staff is very rude. Always angry and don’t make customers feel welcome. I will not come there again. I would recommend you to go to an Airport one. Very lovely staff there.

Poor customer service. Blatantly told us to scan their covid barcode, couldnt even ask nicely. No words after transaction just an angry look like they didnt want to be there.

The Indian lady behind the counter should not be there, customer service was terrible and very grumpy. You would be fired pretty quickly if you worked for me 09/05/22 3:40pm

Love their tuna selection, always helpful and does not mind making fresh when asked. Can't complain about their platters either, very tasty

Female staff has rudest service ever! When a customer leaves you don't mumble 'yea whatever' cause you do not have pineapple...I left....never coming here again - zero stars

Portions are terrible, the chicken to rice ratio is about 1:50. I basically just paid for mayo and rice with 4 thin bits of chicken. On top of this, the place is very dirty. There’s were a lot of staff and few customers, so not sure why no one has bothered to sweep up rice on the floor or wipe down the tables or clear rubbish. The St Pierre’s inside the Manukau Mall or Southpoint Countdown are a better bet.

Since moving around the corner to the new site this place has a new vibe, always have great music going, quick service, and happy service.

Always go there for their everyday sushi. Highly recommend it !

Good customer service and sushi 🍣

Ordered from here on Ubereats and they gave us a chicken roll instead of a salmon roll, which was really unfortunate because the salmon roll is gluten free while the chicken roll is not, and the food was for my partner with celiac. No idea why they gave us the wrong roll, but the difference between chicken and salmon SHOULD be obvious to anyone working at a sushi restaurant. With that said, the rest of the order was correct (and included another salmon dish we ordered), and it was overall pretty tasty. Decent sushi rice and very tender melt in your mouth salmon. Would definitely order from here again when we are able to pickup and verify the food is correct instead of relying on delivery (which we had to this time because we were very jetlagged and not safe to drive on the road as we had just arrived in Auckland today).

Unbelievable! Ordered $13.59 katsu Chicken on rice with missing chicken. I wonder have they took some for themselves. Botany or Ormiston way better than them. Never ever come again.

I ordered buy 1 and get 1 complimentary 4pcs of snack sushi pack using my Entertainment offer. I complained because they only gave me one 4pcs pack. And told me that i can not get the complimentary pack because they charged me $5 for 4pcs snack that is normally $10. I thought one snack pack was $5 how come their pricing is different from other branches. They are bad at communication. Took my offer and charged me as normal. Should have gone to another branch..

When your on a the go it's convenient to pop into this sushi place for quick lunch on the go or enjoy weather outside or inside eating area.

Love the food here, ordered 2 platters and they were ready less than 30 mins later. Awesome

Worse experience. Staff are lazy & making excuses. I asked for sushi of the day they said they're not making it as they're short staffed however they're happy to make the more expensive ones. I questioned why they had a sign out the front advertising sushi of the day for $6.40? They should take it down. Not returning and would never recommend this store.
