As you can see other 1 star ratings these are very true and you should believe them. I placed phone order 3 months ago and yet they haven't manage to fulfill and on top of that no courtesy to even give me an update of what is happening with the order until I called them numerous of times and the manager is the same. Absolutely terrible service and they not even wanted compensating for their fault. At the end they reefer you to other place what a joke for their customer services. I absolutely do not recommend anyone to deal with this store.

I have no complaints for the store but the call centre Every time you called wanting something like my broadband keeps dropping off the answer is oh sorry call again later cause our system is down. Now when I joined 2degree I expect the service I was promised but as of now every time I called the system is down. I switched my broadband to you people with excitement due to all the information that was given to me on the day. Wa la nothing is happening and my broadband keeps dropping off no help from call centre emailed no response it’s like you are paying for a service from outta space operated by aliens who can’t talk but program to shut down everything especially when customers called I was very happy with slingshot until my hand was twisted by your people promising me all the fake services you provide. Now I’m sorry I joined 2degree broadband cause I’m not getting the service I was given and the worse broadband I have ever come across. Remember not all people are technologically trained and some people don’t like reading long instructions but a simple phone call is all they want and understand what the problem is.

Really helpful and staff seemed to be a bit more trained this time.

Busy time not enough staff to serve on time. Need better customer service oriented.

I just asked for a pin to open my phone SIM tray showing that I had a 2 degrees SIM card in there. The woman said "We don't have any to spare." When I got this SIM card in Queenstown the 2 Degrees guy there said every store NZ wide had hundreds of these...drawer full. I told the woman her behaviour was disgusting and walked out. I'm an award winning international designer and specialist, just because I'm dressed down TODAY, have a beard and tattoos doesn't mean you treat me like a bum. You held a pin up to my face...you obviously have some. Profiling at its best. Nasty, small-minded ridiculous behaviour.

Went to buy phone customer service ok but every phone I liked, they didn't have in stock. Sales person directed me to JB hi Fi. He should have checked at other 2 degrees stores if offering a good customer service experience.

Called 5 times didn't pick up there phone at all

Worst customer service, one lady serving majority of customers while one other staff spent nearly an hour on one individual customer, massive queues and understaffed. Manager must suck at making rosters, utter rubbish to wait an hour to be served , mind you I was the third customer in the store the queues formed behind me and it took me an hour to be served. Useless

incredible service from one of the trainees who helped us sort out a stolen phone (unfortunately I forgot their name) but they were an amazing help, cannot say enough positive things about them

Doesn't answer the phone ! The one person we went in wearing a mask did not ask us if we needed help. Just stood behind the PC, we approach him, explain the broadbaord plan and ask questions. He tells us, wait a second, turns and walks back into the back room and doesn't come out for 7 mins. When he does come out, the music starts playing because the mall had just opened. We walked to another guy to help us instead. So he listened to our query and told us to wait so he can go turn on the music inside the shop. It's common courtsey to let your customers know you are off doing something else. He couldn't answer our questions, told us to wait and dissappered in the back of the room. I thought he went to go get some more information pack for us. Not even, he walked back and maintained his position at the PC. What a joke ! He.was not interested in taking on customers, if you don't like this job, go do something else, do us customers a favour.

Very bad experience am using 2 degree from last 8 years but that’s enough planning to move to spark I ordered iPhone 14 pro max they gave me 3-4 weeks to reach your iPhone I called so many times to ask it’s 6 weeks even they not replied my phone Sparks takes only 5 days and provides good service to customers might I will end up with 2 degree soon ……………

Just went to this shop and I'm absolutely appalled by the service I received, he was expecting me to pay him $400 upfront when on all the ads it says $30 😑 Would not recommend anyone to go here

Went into store to add my partner to my plan and buy another fone and standing in store for 30 minutes waiting to be served then manager says as he is about to serve us I can’t serve you with no masks he looked at us when we walked into shop 30 minutes before hand he should have said something then. Maybe find another manager!

Wanted to buy an iPhone 13Pro today. Waited for around 30 minutes to hear they dint have in stock. I gave 2 star instead 1 Star because I know they were busy with other customers, But I suggest them to ask a question to other people waiting in the queue too, it could save their time. If I was served and they ask other customer a question about what kind of help they needed then I don't mind at all.

Haven't been there for years....seems like the place to be. Yes extremely a awesome place yo shop. Overwhelmed with city people. From a small town, wore my mark. Most didn't. Glad to be home.

I enjoy this Mall. Staff at places like Footlocker Pandora Glassons Professional Nails brilliant helpful and efficient. Why I always return to shop here. It's a great Mall
