Has to be the worst katsubi in Auckland. I have been to a lot of their restaurants and this has the most unfriendly service, smallest portions and least tasty food. I have been there a few times now thinking it will be better but everytime it's a disappointment.

WORST SERVICE EVER staff is so rude! For 13.50 i only get rice and 1 dish so expensive! No salads at all.

Terrible customer service. If you’re gonna eat here, try avoid ordering from the middle-aged looking Asian lady as she is very rude and unwelcoming. Other staff are fine though.

Staff members are friendly, though the queue was really confusing: where to start. If you don't wait at the beginning of the queue, they'll ask you to go back to the beginning of the queue. Food was yummy and fresh, though a little bit more expensive compared to other food stalls in the food court.

Tha food is good but I only got 4 small portion of meat and paid 11.50. It is not worth the price.

Way too expensive for the little portion you get. The bowl is never filled to the top. Foods always cold. Bad customer service.

Staff are generous with the salads and let me try the chicken. My first time and enjoyed it. think I will try the noodle next time.

Im a vegetarian, asked for vegetarian options and wasn’t misinformed about a dish which I later found out (after I’d eaten it) contained seafood. Please be more clear with your vegetarian options as this was extremely disappointing.

Was a fan of Katsubi and decided to try this one in Westfield Manukau, shocking customer service! I didnt realise the mini had no salad so asked to change to a single. The man literally tipped the rice and chicken into another container and chicken ended up the bottom, no sauce and so dry i couldn't swallow it. Im an elderly gold card lady and it was like slop. Have an upset tummy since eating there, never again! Be warned! No star

Food was mid and the customer service was awful. No greeting, no than you no nothing?! Spending $20-$25 on food where they don’t even fill the meat to the top, in my opinion it’s not worth it. The vege bowls are also mixed as well they don’t even bother to clean it out!

Oh man Katsubi Manukau is definitely delicious and my kind of food. First time I have tried and can’t wait to stumble across another one sooner rather than later.

Worst ramen ever in Auckland. $18 feels like daylight robbery.

Idiot staff have literally no idea whats going on . Paid 20-25$ for really small 6-7 pieces of chicken. Please staff go to sylvia park and spend a day over there and learn from them.
