Their service was not satisfactory as expected. The condition of the room was very poor. The Air conditioner was not working properly. The room was wet because of water coming from ac. We informed it to the reception but no action was taken. Very poor service. Room rent is very high but according to the room rent, service and room quality is poor. I forgot to take pictures. Not recommended.

Especially for their hospitality and room prices. The best thing is their Complementary Breakfast. The taste of Food is good. Its rooftop restaurant is such a nice place. You can sit around a pool with a full khulna city view. You can see the River view while you eat. Recommended for staying within a reasonable price.

Medium category hotel, but rent is exorbitant. Stuffs are not professional as they dont provide adequate amenities at your room until I wanted. They provided me with a bedsheet which was colored by the previous one but charged me 300 BDT as a penalty. So, you may choose other hotels at this budget and it will be wise. Thanks

I stayed here for one night, not bad type hotel but not either. The wall adjacent to washroom was damped, the furniture was also very old and rusty. And they also didn't have a sizeable table where I can work with my laptop. The housekeeping guy was not so helpful, he didn’t wait for me to finish my conversation with him. I requested them for a pair of sandal for using in the room as it was winter, but they didn’t provide. Overall, experience was not great.

Horrible service during iftaar! Couldn't provide the food we have preordered! For this plate alone they have charged us more than 200 taka. Absolute Robbery!!!! Do not recommend.

Excellent interiors, clean and tidy services, almost everything is available and the staff management is also eye-catching. One suggestion is to ensure 100% cleanliness by using a vacuum cleaner in the room cleaning.

Newly formed hotel with beautiful decoration and atmosphere. They have a decent rooftop restaurant and interior was amazing. I specially love their Coffee. Took two twin delux and the rooms were not same. One was good, another was comparatively small but comes with the same price. Gives used comb wrapped in tissue. No soap holder in the washroom and the geyser was controlled centrally. I am scrutinizing because of the price they charge. Service should be up to the mark. Other than that rooms are good.

If you consider the budget, then it is a good choice. Rooms are small with free toiletries, cabinet and table. They have a rooftop restaurant which is small but soothing views. Staffs are well-behaved. There is a small swimming pool, but it is not complementary. There is a restaurant with bengali, chinese, indian and thai cuisines. The complementary breakfast is very basic.
