It is far above all the hotels in the Afumati area. Maybe because it's new. The rooms are actually studios with fully furnished kitchens and balconies. Quiet area without car traffic and a shop right in front of the guesthouse. The only inconvenience is that if you wake up early, you have nowhere to buy a coffee. That is until the store in front opens. In conclusion, the guesthouse looks better than in the pictures.

They are not serious in complying with basic booking commitments. They put you in a position to change the accommodation under other terms, which of course cost more. I recommend using booking to be protected and not to accept cancellations there and agreements over the phone.

The studio gets hot during the summer. Its ~35С and there is no fan or air conditioning. Windows are doing nothing and in the night you’ll get eaten by mosquitoes. Cuz you can’t close windows when it is 30 degrees in the room

I was accommodated for a long time. Everything is very good accommodation spaces (studios and apartments), facilities (quality furniture, kitchen with everything you need, heat, hot water, air conditioning, balcony, parking above video), cleanliness, position outside the congested traffic and not in lastly, the host is special, attentive to the customers, because "the man sanctifies the place" and the accommodation price is good. The lady at the reception was very kind. The guesthouse has a free parking space and a shop opposite the guesthouse, open approximately between 07.00 and 20.00. The quality-price ratio seemed fair to me.
