Looks like a 5 star property but doesn't have a vibe of a 5 star property. We went here on a weekday during lunch. The property was abuzz with people who were attending a wedding. This place has ample parking for cars and bikes alike. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance too. I must say that this place is gorgeous when it's all lit up. It has one of the best landscaped gardens in Agra. When paired with water fountain and lights, fhe view is brilliant. The washrooms are decent but not what you would expect from a 5 star. When we arrived, most of their restaurants were closed. There were no signboard that said its closed. The staff sounded very restrictive too. One of the managers told us we were not allowed to take pictures. The reason was weired. He said it interferes with guests privacy. It's a 5 star property and you cannot take pictures?? Seriously? This discouraged us from having a meal there. They have a gaming room too which has a bowling alley (quite impressive) Overall, it's a pretty property. Not worth staying there but good for a stroll and maybe something light to eat. I'd not visit this place again. Nothing special.

I stayed at the hotel for a friend's marriage. I really liked their service, room cleanliness, food taste and amenities. If you are in agra and would want to have a cozy stay this is the place to be. The staff is very courteous and were at your room within a few minutes of calling them, i really liked their punctuality in cleaning the rooms. The check in and check out was very smooth and hassle-free.

JP Palace is an huge property. Went there for a weekend get away. Booked it last minute and checked in late. Rooms are fantastic. Very Big in size. Though it's an old property but we'll maintained. It's a resort style living so you have to walk long to and fro in the Palace. There buffet break spread is great and decent. They have a fabulous pool and shack area. They have a walking/jogging track. They also provide cycles to ride with in the property. Cycles are old style but in decent condition and tracks are great to cycle/walk/jog. Overall it's a fantastic resort and people should enjoy staying here.

The hotel was very nice and great grounds. The room was comfortable but I was on ground floor and work was being done on the fountain that was noisy. The food was great and there was a lot to pick from in the buffet. Check in was good and check out easy. I would have liked to use the pool but there was a lot of wedding preparation going on so did not.

This is a great Hotel whether you are going with Family, Relatives, Friends or Business associates. A lot of emphasis is given on all aspects of a Hotel, especially the horticulture. Very skillfully done. When it comes to food, you definitely wont be sorry, because there are different restaurants catering to different kinds of cuisines. That's really nice as you have a lot of variety to choose from. Hospitality is really good 😊. The Staff here is polite, professional and one of the best in India πŸ™. Have a memorable stay!

The experience was a delight. I have visited different parts of India in many 5star hotels, but this was mre than just a 5 star. It was open, spacious, well placed. The best part was the food, one of the best food I had in any 5 stars. It was unique, delicious and totally as per Indian pallet. Do visit this.

It's a well maintained facility. Visited twice over a gap of 7 years and still haven't deteriorated. Rooms are big. This hotel is mostly used for big fat Indian wedding in Agra. Staff is quick to respond, pool and lawns are good.

This hotel has great customer service. I would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed the bar more than any of the other bars at the hotels I stayed in India. They made great Mojitos and daiquiris. The one downside was there were mosquitoes everywhere. The staff could not get them under control and many of my friends had so many mosquito bites. I slept with my arm out and woke up to six mosquito bites even with the air conditioner on they were so many in the hotel. The sheets were very soft and the towels were very soft everything else in the hotel was extremely clean.

Hotel staff was courteous. Rooms were nice, but breakfast at buffet was served cold that too in winter and to add to that i found a large glass piece inside my Croissant while taking a bite. Thank god i was lucky that i didnt bite the glass piece, other wise it could have led to a disaster. I would recommend the staff to look into the matter.

I would give 0 stars to food and service. The property was beautiful and soothing but the service and food were horrible. I had never imagined the things that happened with us there were even a possibility at a 5-star property. We got the room 1 hr later than expected. The elevator got stuck with 10 people inside and no ventilation, management took good 15 minutes to open the doors. Had to call them 4 times minimum to get basic things like ice, knife, towels. And if you want something a bit fancy like door keys or match sticks, you’ll have have to get it from the reception yourself. Had both dinner and breakfast there and honestly dhaba people have quicker service and better taste. Breakfast was especially disappointing. Never visiting this property ever again.

Hotel, room & view were beautiful! excellent. Food choice was good & servers were friendly & great. Service issues: Intermittent power outage. Ph in room did not work for over 1 day. TV lost signal several times as well as WiFi. Room keys deactivated bc electronic key reader not functional. Calls had to made several times before service person showed up.

An extraordinary stay at the Palace Hotel & Convention Centre! From the lavish rooms to the impeccable service, every aspect was top-notch. The stunning views, attention to detail, and exceptional amenities made for a truly luxurious experience. The staff's warmth and professionalism added to the charm, and the dining experience was a delight for the senses. Whether for leisure or business, this hotel stands out for its excellence. Can't wait to return!

The service of Jay Pee Hotel is very poor, even the guest's calls are sometimes ignored as happened with me. I was very impressed by the service of a girl. Her name was "Sakshi"( as far as i remember ). I don't know what I told her in anger, just because people from other departments were not picking up the calls. She spoke to me politely every time and assured me that your needs would be met quickly. This hotel is situated at a very good location and the rooms were also good. The quality of the food was not as good as I thought. At first glance, the hotel seemed very luxurious and extraordinary, but their poor service changed everything. In the end I would like to thank Ms. Sakshi because of her I got a good hotel experience to some extent.

It's a nice decent hotel, with few bigger halls. So any such events can also happen there. With numerous big open spaces. Cladded in red sandstone, looks beautiful and gets in the tint of Red fort

Located on a sprawling property, just four km from Taj Mahal, the hotel property has more than 350 rooms, a conference hall that can accommodate 2000 people and five other meeting rooms sufficient for a medium sized conference. Excellent ambience. The only negative. No proper coffee (only machine coffee or instant coffee)

Well anointed rooms. However airconditioner was not working in most rooms when we checked in. And the technician took 40 min in Each room. The food quality and variety especially the lunch was disappointing. Though breakfast was a grand spread and nice. Well maintained, property, especially lawns and pools.

My recent stay at Jaypee Palace Hotel and Convention Centre was absolutely magnificent. This majestic retreat exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's stunning architecture, surrounded by lush gardens and serene water bodies, created a tranquil atmosphere that instantly transported me to a world of luxury. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was flawless. The rooms were opulent, well-appointed, and provided a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The hotel's extensive facilities, including the convention center, spa, and multiple dining options, catered to all my needs. Jaypee Palace Hotel and Convention Centre truly offers an exceptional experience for anyone seeking a regal and unforgettable stay in Agra.

Just checked into this hotel and my experience has not been great at all. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Reception is further inside. There was no greetings from the staff so we waited until one if the three people sitting there with no customer to look us and help. They gave my spouse and I, a room with two twin beds. They said they can attach both beds😏😏 Our luggage was taken from the front gate. Once we checked in the hostess marked the luggage with our room number and told us someone will be bringing it in in a few min. 2 hrs later when we came back to our room we still had 2 twin beds and no luggage. Of course the two phones in the room don’t work and I had to go get the two lonely pieces of luggage myself. There was a rusty unuseable ironing board and no iron in the room. When I went to complain they said the house keeping has to bring the iron but oh wait the phones don’t work so here I go again making yet another trip. Closet had 2 hangers. Hair dryer does not work either. The rug was dirty and it looks like has not been vacuumed or cleaned for a while. For the price I paid for the hotel their services are less than satisfactory. Extremely disappointed.

This might not be the best hotel in town, or have the tastiest food or immaculate rooms but this property has, hands down the best staff I’ve come across. We were here for 2 nights to attend a wedding and there was not a single mismanagement by the staff; be it handling the truck loads of luggage that had to go to individual assigned rooms or room service timings or housekeeping the staff was on top of things at all times. It’s the efficiency of the staff that makes the place worthwhile and stress free. The interiors and ambience is also classy and worthy of a 5 star resort, rooms are comfortable and bathrooms spacious enough.

The hotel is well located, rooms are good service is also good but they are really skimping on quality of food. The food is abysmal at best, it does not taste good, the buffet hygiene and live counters is not upto the mark, the floor was greasy after the breakfast buffet. The egg station during breakfast was horrid, they just didn't know how to make eggs! The rest of the food was barely edible honestly. Not 5 star standards at all

Every time we visit Agra, we stat at Jaypee Palace only. Along with best in town location, amazing food and hospitality the hotel is surrounded by good and caring people. They even helped us to get medicines in the middle of the night and never hesitated to help their guests once. It was an amazing and overwhelming stay. Thank you so much for your amazing hospitality. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Very good hotel for the price of room. Offers a lot of amenities and has a mall inside. the room service is very good and the staff is well trained in what they do. The swimming pool is 5.5 feet across so far shorter people they might have some trouble standing in the pool. The property is maintained really well. it has five speciality restaurants the food is good but expensive.
