NEVER GO THERE EVEN IF THEY ARE GIVING ROOM FOR FREE This hotel was good in photos only(while online booking) but in reality It was pathetic experience. 1.) Washroom was not functional like flush do not work. So manager told us to use bathroom of different room which is unacceptable. 2.)Bedsheet was so much dirty that we had to put our sheets on it and then slept. 3.) Whole corridor, bedroom smells like dirty toilet. No ventilation in whole hotel. 4.) Pathetic service that's why this hotel was almost empty. DID NOT EXPECTED THIS FROM OYO DHARAMSHALA IS BETTER THAN THIS NEVER EVER GO THERE

Room was very unhealthy. Bedsheets not washed. Bathroom was unclean with no facility of light in the bathroom. Even they didn't have the facility of generators whlie power cut-off. Next morning I had to use my mobiles flashlight to get ready. Staff behaviour was good but the receptionist was ruthless. Don't opt for this hotel at free of cost also. Pay a little more and opt for a better one. Charged extra half of the payment i paid already before check-in, because i had an early check-in.

Charge high according to price , bathroom is not clean very dirty place , ac condition is like a garbage product , lift not working and specially door lock not working properly , door locks is free , And room looking and space is good but can't maintained

Very dirty rooms and they never change the bedsheets and pillows .smelly bathrooms unhygienic place to spend night .

Never seen a hotel like that. We should stayed at dharamshala comparing to this. Manager behaviour is rude, no soap/towel provided, even as per teriff breakfast included which also not provided, Throught night sound coming from 3 floor

One of the worst experience in my life, I really regret why I book this hotel, hotel rooms are very dirty and washroom is also very dirty, I recommend everyone please dont book this hotel, this is the one of the very dirty hotel hindi agra. 🙏🙏

Coordination with reception is good till i reached the hotel.. Service was to late even they don't have computer to access booking i.d Room is just ok not good at all Bedsheets are not washed Food price is high amongst others.. Good for drinkers and bachelor's and only for those who spends night with good price tag..

Thanks for reply on my reviews. kindly work on room cleaning, as when i visited whole room was stinking with bed smell and every corner is filled with insects. asked the attender to look but he denied that he is only having this option and i have manage this for my stay. so i gave 1 star due this reason. Hope you and your team will work to provide great ambiance to your coming guests.
