I booked gujarat tour package of Dwarkadhish, Somnath, Deu and Gir with A to Z holiday through Ms. Hetasvi. She helped us in many ways before the tour start and during the tour also she always pick my call with smile on face. She is ready to help if matter is not concerned with them. Everything like car, hotels/ Resort are perfect. Driver Mukesh Bhai is very cooperative, knowledgeable and very helpful during entire tour...good job !!! We booked the Gujrat tour of 5 days of Dwarka, Somnath, Diu, Ahmedabad and Gir. I would say the trip was very well organized and services provided were of great quality. We were given best hotels at each point and the car provided was also very well maintained. Great job guys!!

Every thing was fine but sonal talking sense not good Mr. Indrajit parmar is a very humbel guy because he is give answer somthly and kind every thing fine but msg. Sonal siddhpura not a good person he speak like she give treat like we are slum dog

I had hired only a car from A to Z for an 8 day trip of Gujarat. I was travelling with my wife, daughter and grandson. Before booking the car, I had informed them that my wife has problems in walking and the driver needs to be patient and understanding. We arrived in Ahmedabad on the morning of March 28th and the driver with Innova was ready to pick us up at the airport. The vehicle was in top condition and the driver Mr Ranjit was really very very good. He was extremely courteous, sensitive to our needs and requirement and very cooperative. He also acted as a guide in all the places. May the Almighty bless him and his family with good health and prosperity. I also wish A to Z holidays the very best in times to come. It was great experience with atoz travels. They take care of their customers really well and they planned the tour nicely. We did not have any problem while travelling with them. Most importantly, they did not make us feel cheated at any point. Pricing and quality of service was worth the price we paid.

Booked a 1-week trip to Dwarka/Somnath/Sasangir with AtoZ holidays. Right from my first interaction, Hetasvi was very responsive and provided valuable inputs in planning the trip. The arrangements with the hotels were top notch. Our driver Mukesh picked us up from Rajkot promptly and was very polite and supportive. His local knowledge was quite helpful in avoiding rush hours for darshan. Overall, the service was outstanding and I’m definitely booking my next trip with AtoZ holidays.

Rann Utsav is an awesome festival of Kutch, Gujarat, India. It is a Carnival of Music, Dance, nature beauty of White Rann and much more then that when visit under the full Moon...had a Great experience to visit this... Booked through A to Z holidays... Thank you Team A to Z 🙏

One of the biggest mistakes of our trip to book through them for Kutch Festival. They booked a very ordinary resort(white rann resort) with over hyped prices on the pretext of New Year. And the New Year eve organized by White Rann Resort was also nothing less than a big big disappointment with a group of some amateurish school students trying hard to entertain a crowd, with only 2 to 3 people left sitting and bearing the torture after half an hour of the start of program. It was only when some of the guests , including our group complained to the Manager/Owner to stop the non-sense. He obliged, asking them to stop. Moreover, after receiving the booking amount, I never heard from AtoZ expect for the voucher they mailed. I even wrote an email after the stay for which also, the person with whom I was dealing with Vicky Patel, never bothered to reply or ask the reason for my disappointment or call back. Makes me feel that both the reviews and awards are pretty fake... And only aim is to make money.

Very poor support I have been trying to reach thee team regarding a query from last 2 days but not getting any response. They never pick up the call and never respond back. Even they don't reply on emails

Critical : Quality We booked plan for 5 days 4night for 5 person( 13 k per person). Our tour was Very bad planed. Traveling hours are increased just due to poor plan .They charged us for 3 star hotel prices, but provided 1star hotel. They told us complementary breakfast is available. But it is not available at all places. Assured but No refund for breakfast yet. Poor coordination between internal team. Driver was polite but AtoZ has not given prior information about tour to him .Almost profit oriented & not customer centric.Not value for money.Very bad service.

We have been on a 10 days trip to Gujarat through A TO Z Holidays. The entire trip has been planned very well and we never had to face any kind of problem anywhere in the trip. The driver (Mr. Sabir Bhai) was very cooperative and patiently took us to all the places that we asked for. All the hotels were good and we had a comfortable stay as well. We covered maximum places without squeezing ourselves. A very big thanks to Hetasvi Kapadia also for making our trip a memorable one. Thank you A TO Z Holidays..
